2. Find Your Perfect Place

Now for the fun part. Tour the neighborhoods, check out the backyards and find the house that fits your life.
3. Get The Final Approval

Bring us your purchase agreement. We lock in your rate, order the appraisal and update the property title for closing. We might ask for a few extra documents here, but we keep the process quick and painless.
4. Now It's Time to Celebrate

You sign the final paperwork, and the keys are yours. All that is left to do is plan the housewarming party.

To keep your loan moving fast, we usually need a few basic documents:

Your W-2s from the past two years
Your Federal Tax Returns from the past two years
Your most recent pay stubs
Two months of statements for your checking and savings accounts
If you are self-employed: Signed copies of your Federal Business Tax Returns from the past two years
