What makes community banking different? 

Community banking is relationship driven. It’s about knowing our customers by name, understanding their needs and being there to help every step of the way. At the end of the day, we’re more than bankers. We are your personal bankers!

What is your favorite feature we offer customers right now? 

My favorite feature we offer is our customer service. We take the time to truly understand each customer’s financial situation and help guide them to the products and services that fit their needs best. Banking shouldn’t feel complicated, and our goal is to make the process simple, helpful and personal every step of the way.

What does Vision mean to you in your role today? 

It’s knowing where we’re headed and why it matters. In my role, it’s helping my team and my customers stay on track to meet their goals.
