With more than 30 years of leadership experience in community banking, military service, and leadership development. Throughout his career, Matt has focused on building strong relationships, developing teams, and serving communities with integrity and purpose.

Before joining Vision Bank, Matt spent nearly 21 years serving Oklahoma communities in the banking industry, including leadership roles overseeing multiple markets, branches, and teams across the state. He also served 15 years in the United States Marine Corps and Oklahoma Army National Guard in combat arms leadership roles.

Matt is passionate about servant leadership, community involvement, and helping people grow personally and professionally. He is also the host of The Matt Largent Concert, a leadership podcast and YouTube program focused on personal growth and leadership development.

Matt and his wife, Lynn, are proud parents of five children and grandparents of four grandchildren. Together, they are excited to build relationships, support local businesses, and serve the Ada community.
