President & CEO

Steve Bagwell serves as President and CEO, with 28 years of experience at Vision Bank. He holds a degree in Economics from Baylor University, has completed graduate coursework through the University of Virginia and the University of Oklahoma, and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

He is an active member of the Oklahoma Bankers Association and several national banking organizations and serves in leadership roles with the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education, Ada Industrial Development Corporation and Seminole State College Foundation.
