Katie Horne is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelor of Accountancy and Business Administration (MIS). She has been with Vision Bank for 18 years.

She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Ada Rotary.
